Ginning and Pressing:
The unit has installed 216 double roller gins in 3 units of 72 each with an installed capacity of 600 bales per unit (1800 bales per day in total) - approx. 300MT of Cotton Lint in bales. The unit is spread over an area of 35 acres of land, with a warehousing facility of about 25000 sft covered storage area and more than 100,000 sft. in the open concrete platforms.

The other significant infrastructural facilities include:

  • An uninterrupted power supply from a 33KVA feeder line and provision of 100% power back up with generators.
  • Fire hydrant system in the entire premises, overhead water jets in the kapas storage area and spark diverters in all the ginning units.
  • Four weighbridges capable of weighing upto 60MT utilized for container stuffing in the factory.
  • 18-meter wide concrete road for smooth vehicular movement and an ample parking space for over 200 trucks at any point of time.
  • Safe raw material and finished goods material handling equipments like forklifts and bale clamps.
